Tracking/completion of an exercise journal will require that the student must have this course out for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Participation Skills and Techniques 04-02-00-00-080
In this course, students will gain a deeper understanding of the processes that take place in the human body during exercise and the benefits that can be reaped from consistent physical activity. This course requires students to use basic endurance tests to determine their level of fitness and create personal exercise regimens to improve their physical health. Throughout this course, students will also learn the rules and strategies associated with a variety of sports, as well as the techniques and theories that guide artistic exercise forms.
