We’re thrilled to introduce Expedition, our brand-new learning management system that will replace Canvas.

During this time, we'll be migrating all
active Northridge Academy student accounts and course data to the new system. Please read the details below carefully to ensure a seamless start on Expedition!

Early Access Opportunity:

Be among the first to order packets on the new LMS and help us test our system! Just email your full name, phone number, and email address to support@northridgeacademy.com. The support team will contact early registrants on Monday to guide them through the new process.

Migration Schedule:

Starts: December 27, 2024, at 8:00 PM
Ends: December 30, 2024, at 8:00 AM

During this time, assignment access will be unavailable. Take the opportunity to relax, spend time with family and friends, or work on your packet.

Access Expedition Starting December 30, 2024, at 8:00 AM:

Go to www.northridgeacademy.com.

All active Northridge accounts will receive an email with login credentials and instructions.

Once logged in, update your password and access your Expedition Dashboard to resume your coursework.

Important Notes:

Canvas Access: You’ll still be able to view grades, completed assignments, and course progress on Canvas, but it will be in read-only mode. You won’t be able to submit assignments in Canvas.

For All Active Accounts:

Those that are within the 90-day course completion window and have not gone past their due date.  Look on the front cover of your packet to check for your course due date.  Active courses are also those that have purchased an extension and are still within the 30-day extension window.

Steps to Get Started on Expedition

  1. Follow the email invitation sent to you.
  2. Log in at www.northridgeacademy.com.
  3. Change your password as prompted.
  4. Access your Expedition Dashboard to view your courses.
  5. Open your active course and begin or resume assignments!

For All Inactive Accounts:

If you do not receive an email invitation, your course may not be active.  Go to www.northridgeacademy.com and request an invitation to the Expedition portal.  You will need to purchase a 30-day extension to reactivate your Northridge course.

Good News:

If you were working on a course in Canvas, there’s no need to worry. All assignments and progress have been successfully transferred to Expedition, so you can pick up right where you left off.
