In this course, students will learn how to make lifestyle choices that promote both physical and mental health. This course teaches about a variety of subjects that help students to practice healthy behaviors and avoid harmful ones. By the end of this course, students will be well-informed about topics such as conflict resolution, mental health, peer pressure, abuse, human reproduction, drug use, and communicable and non-communicable diseases.
