Tracking/completion of an exercise journal will require that the student must have this course out for a minimum of 2 weeks.

In this course, students will learn exercise skills and strategies that are used to promote physical health. Students will learn how to develop muscle mass, build cardiovascular endurance, and stay safe while being physically active. While focusing primarily on the different types of exercise and their respective benefits to the body, this course also teaches students the basics of nutrition.
